Here is a special message from Geno on 'The Vision'!

Earlier this afternoon I spent over an hour and half going through 'The Vision' (an approximately 20-minute film) with Reis, our composer, and improving the good start he's already had on the music. The film is awaiting only the final score and final sound mix, plus any additional small things that need to be fixed, and it'll be done! Praise the Lord, Who gets all the glory for sure! Well, the judging for the 24-hr Film Competition was announced yesterday, and Mismatched Luck took 13th place. At first, this may not seem very good. But realize there was a total of 71 videos submitted to the competition, and some very experienced and talented filmmakers were involved with many of the films. Several of the films in front of us had the same score, but did not share the same slot (they didn't give them a tie). For instance, films #1 and #2 had the same score, but only one took home the prize, and one got second place. So, really, we're pleased and grateful to the Lord for our position!

We're also very thankful for the positive comments we got on our YouTube page. It has also been extremely generous of the Judges to take the time to answer questions about the scoring of the films and give tips to the makers - they've given valuable information and have been very kind and helpful in their responses. Thank you all for watching and I hope you enjoyed the short! God bless and to Him be all the glory!

This past weekend we at us4HIM have been hard at work on our submission for the www.christianfilmmakers.org 24-hr film competition and we thought you might like to see our film. So, here it is!

Guess what? us4HIM now has a composer! Reis, our great friend, has now committed to composing for 'The Vision', 'Family Court', and, Lord willing, 'Hunted' later this year. We are very grateful to Reis and God for giving us this oppurtunity!

Hey, geat news! us4HIM Productions has won the Cinenosin Trailer Competition! The trailer we submitted was filmed in about a half hour and edited in 1 to 2 days. To God be the glory and we hope you enjoy!
